If you suffer from anxiety or panic attacks you know how bad it can be. Chronic anxiety can really interfere with your life, making it difficult to drive a car or function properly a work or even have a negative effect on your relationships so it would be valuable if you could find some tips for panic attacks and dealing with anxiety.
There are various techniques for controlling panic attacks. One tip is to know what triggers your panic attacks. Everyone is different and what triggers a panic attack for you may not be the same as what triggers an attack for someone else but if you can learn to recognize your triggers it will help you to understand what’s happening and be better prepared to deal with it.
It’s also helpful to make sure you get enough sleep. A lack of sleep will add to your overall stress level which could aggravate or even cause a panic attack. You should also stay away from caffeine. Coffee, soda, diet pills, and other products may contain caffeine which is a stimulant that could also aggravates or cause a panic attack.
Another thing that can help you deal with your panic attacks is to know the physical symptoms of anxiety. If you start to experience physical symptoms and you did not know that these symptoms were caused by your panic attacks you may think you are experiencing a medical emergency which would further aggravate your anxiety. Physical symptoms can include nausea, sweating, trembling, chest pains etc. Some people have even gone to the emergency room believing they were suffering from a heart attack only to realize that it was a panic attack.
You should always consult a competent medical professional when attempting to diagnose or treat any medical condition.

Many people want their children to learn English and learn Mandarin, but what is the best to develop bilingualism in young ones?
TEACH BOTH LANGUAGES SIMULTANEOUSLY. A child has the inborn ability to learn English and learn Chinese. As such, kids under three or four need not be able to distinguish which sentence is English and which is Chinese. To naturally help kid to build up the language logics, we need to teach them to express themselves in correct, fluent sentences in a conducive environment which will lead to successful bilingualism. Flashcards is also good tool to help children acquire the languages.
AVOID MIXING THE TWO LANGUAGES. When talking with young ones , consistently use language that is correct and standardized. To main the purity of each language, we should not mix both languages in a single sentence.
BUILD A CONDUCIVE HOME ENVIRONMENT. The most ideal home environment for bilingualism is to have someone communicating with the child wholly in English, and someone communicating with the little one wholly in Mandarin.
CHOOSE THE RIGHT SCHOOL. Some families lack the environment for bilingualism. Thus, selecting a good bilingual school for the child will be important. When learning a language, a kid requires more than one or two hours of lessons in class – the language environment in their daily lives also plays a big role. In class, children learn through nursery rhymes, songs and storybooks. Although most kids are able to read and speak Chinese, they are unable to communicate with others and express themselves appropriately in their daily lives. Therefore, when it comes to bilingual schools, parents should evaluate the classroom lessons as well as the bilingual environment.
LOOK FOR ENRICHMENT CLASSES IN CHINESE. For a kid to master bilingualism, Mandarin lessons alone may not achieve the best results. To balance children’s exposure to the two languages, parents can look for calligraphy, dance and music classes that are taught in Mandarin.
